Jimmy Dykes played for Hearts and Scotland 1938 - 1939 and played alongside Bill Shankley and Jimmy Delaney, lived in Station Road across from No 104 his Father was also Jimmy Dykes and used to own the Auld Store in the 40’s/50’s.
